The H.265 HD Decoder Module is a small PCB with an FPGA loaded with SOC's H.265 Decoder IP Core, along with all required hardware components for video/audio decoding. It is a complete unit that receives H.264 compressed video/audio stream(s), and outputs decompressed video/audio data.
The H.265 HD Video Decoder Modules can be evaluated on SOC's Evaluation Kits. Evaluation kits include a carrier-board with all the ports and extensions needed for most video-based applications. The module and carrier board firmware are reconfigurable, and we can license board files if needed.
