The SOC H.264, H.265, and MPEG-2 Encoder and Decoder IP Cores support multiple channels depending on resolution and frame rates. For example, the H.264 CODEC IP Cores support 1 channel in 1920x1080 @ 60fps, or 2 channels at 1920x1080 @ 30fps. Alternatively, multiple cores may be used to support multi-channel requirements.
The Multiple Channel CODEC IP Cores can be evaluated on SOC's Evaluation Kits. Evaluation kits include a carrier-board with all the ports and extensions needed for most video-based applications. The module and carrier board firmware are reconfigurable, and we can license board files if needed.
