SOC offers a large number of system-level IP cores for Turnkey Products, based on SOC's existing FPGA IP cores. These IP Cores include single-channel and multi-channel Video Codecs, I/O ports, video processing and scaling, close captioning, and Network IP Cores. SOC can also customize the Cores and Systems to meet customer requirements. SOC's system-level IP Cores support both Intel and Xilinx FPGAs.

SOC offers PCBs for some of the popular products, such as video encoders/transmitters and decoders/receivers over the Internet. Customers also have the option of licensing the PCB design sources, which allows customers to make modifications to create custom designs.
SOC also offers Evaluation Kits for the system-level IP cores. The Evaluation Kits can also be used as a product development platform and test bench if needed.
